hell yeah!!! I think that the FIFA World Cup in 1994 was great in my opinion because some people think that it was awful including my pay per head bookmaking agent friend, but I do not think so, I mean Brazil with Romario and Bebeto became champions!

US U-20 World Cup History

In 1977 the USSR won the first FIFA World Youth Championship. This event has been played every two years since and is now called the U-20 World Cup.

Here is the history of the US in the U-20 World Cup:

1983 - 3rd in Group stage, did not advance. Key players: Hugo Perez, George Gelnovatch

1985 - Did not qualify

1987 - 3rd in Group stage, did not advance

1989 - 2nd in Group stage, Semifinals. Key players: Steve Snow, Eric Wynalda, Kasey Keller

1991 - Did not qualify

1993 - 2nd in Group stage, Quarterfinals. Key Players: Imad Baba, Miles Joseph, Kerry Zavagnan

1995 - Did not qualify

1997 - 3rd in Group stage, 2nd best 3rd place team - advanced. LOST in Round of 16. Key players: Ben Olsen, Brian West, Josh Wolff, John O'Brien

1999 - 2nd in Group Stage, Lost in Round of 16. Key players: Taylor Twellman, Carlos Bocanegra, Cory Gibbs, Tim Howard

2001 - 2nd in Group stage, Lost in Round of 16. Key players: Landon Donovan, DaMarcus Beasley, Bobby Convey

2003 - Won Group, Quarterfinals. Key players: Eddie Johnson (Golden ball winner), Clint Dempsey, Bobby Convey

2005 - Won Group, Lost in Round of 16. Key players: Freddy Adu, Benny Feilhaber, Lee Nguyen, Jonathan Spector

2007 - Won Group, Quarterfinals. Key Players: Freddy Adu, Josmer Altidore, Danny Szetela, Michael Bradley, Robbie Rogers

US U-17 World Cup History

In 1985 Nigeria won the first FIFA U-17 World Cup. This event has been played every two years since.

1987 - 4th in Group stage, did not advance.

1989 - 3rd in Group stage, did not advance.

1991 - 1st in Group stage, lost in Quarterfinals to Qatar.

1993 - 2nd in Group stage, lost in Quarterfinals to Poland.

1995 - 4th in Group stage, did not advance.

1997 - 3rd in Group stage, did not advance.

1999 - 1st in Group stage, lost in Semifinals to Australia in a penalty shootout, then lost in 3rd place match to Ghana. Awards: Landon Donovan - Golden Ball, DaMarcus Beasley - Golden Ball runner up.

2001 - 4th in Group stage, did not advance.

2003 - 2nd in Group stage, lost in Quarterfinals to Brazil.

2005 - 1st in Group stage, lost in Quarterfinals to The Netherlands.

2007 - 2nd in Group stage, lost in first knock out match to Germany.
